The heaviest weight you carry isn't your to-do list; it’s your "Success Identity." When we label ourselves as "The Expert," we stop exploring. We become "human doings" serving a title rather than a soul.

Labels are curiosity thieves. They hang old associations on our potential and prevent us from seeing the fresh possibility in the "Messy Middle."

  • The Practice: The Mirror Gaze. Look at yourself and say your title. Then, take a deep breath and say, "I am the wildie behind the title."

  • The Why: Un-becoming your labels lowers cortisol and creates the spaciousness required to hear your North.
