The Hardest Part Isn’t Speaking. It’s Waiting.

The first time I gave a virtual networking presentation, I thought: two minutes? Easy.
Except before my turn, there were twenty minutes of group introductions and business. I sat on camera, smiling supportively, while inside I was rehearsing, rewording, second-guessing.
By the time it was finally my turn, I was mentally exhausted. I had rehearsed so much in my head that I almost missed connecting in the moment.
The reset came when I stopped rehearsing and started listening.
As others introduced themselves, I tuned in — not to their words, but to what mattered to them. When it was finally my turn, I spoke into those needs. Suddenly, my two minutes didn’t sound like a pitch. It felt like part of a conversation.

You’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together. Now, the house is quiet (or the office is dark), and you’re finally meeting yourself. Let’s make sure you like who you find. Home isn’t somewhere you arrive; it’s the energy you return to when you are aligned with your truth.
