High-achievers are masters of the pros-and-cons list, but we are often blind to our own body’s messages. We say "Yes" because the plan demands it, even when our stomach is in a knot. This is the "Performer" mask at work.
Wayfinding teaches us to listen for The Click. It’s that physical sensation of a key turning in a lock—a moment of alignment that happens before your brain ever gets involved.
The Practice: Close your eyes and visualize your choice. Do you feel a heavy congestion, or a subtle click of ease?
The Why: Honoring your visceral wisdom is the only way to stay sure-footed on a path that is actually yours.
